Instead of us deciding which property you will be offered, we give you the details of homes which are becoming vacant and YOU can tell us which you would like to be considered for.

If you click on Properties you will get information about all the vacant properties which we are able to offer to people on our own waiting list.

Once you have found a property you think would be suitable for your household, you can log on and bid for it.

You can bid for any property, even if it is not in the area where you originally told us you wanted to live. This may mean that you get housed more quickly, or that you are able to consider options you haven't thought about before.
